Ruler is a 2019 Indian Telugu-language action film directed by K. S. Ravikumar and produced by C. Kalyan under CK Entertainments & Happy Movies banners.
It stars Nandamuri Balakrishna, Vedhika, and Sonal Chauhan and music composed by Chirantan Bhatt. The film received negative reviews from critics and audiences and was a financial disappointment.
Bhumika and Vedhika are trying hard to remind Balayya of his past. In the process, they take him to the villain’s residence and asks to fight with him. Now, time for yet another fight.
The film begins in 1987 when the crime rate at Uttar Pradesh peaks. So, Agricultural Minister Veerandranath Tagore (Prakash Raj) brings out a resolution to develop farming, as crime can be reduced by eradicating hunger.
So, he gives a call for 500 farmers from Combined Andhra Pradesh headed by a wise person Seetaramaiah (Nagineedu). The Govt allocates them 5000 acres of land on lease for 30 years, thereafter, it will be their own.
